Beth founded Key to Close in late 2022 when she noticed a greater need for transaction coordination across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. Beth loves to help agents grow in their real estate business and thrives on keeping a transaction moving forward smoothly!

Varusha Adler
Vice President of Business Operations/Transaction Manager
Varusha lives in Havertown with her husband and 2 kids. She originates from South Africa and has lived in Philadelphia since 2013. She became a Transaction Coordinator in September 2021 and that's when she knew she had found her career. She likes organization and checklists which pairs well with this role. Outside of work, Varusha enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and traveling.

Transaction Coordinator
Courtney has been assisting with real estate transactions since 2021 and joined Key to Close in 2026. She quickly found she enjoys keeping all the moving pieces organized and keeping everything on track from contract to close. Outside of work, she enjoys finding new adventures with her family and dogs, travelling, and reading.

VA Manager
Lexi’s journey from assistant to VA Manager reflects her dedication to growth, problem-solving, and process improvement. Working closely with the owner, she ensures the company’s needs and processes are organized and that nothing is overlooked. Outside work, Lexi enjoys coffee, art, portrait drawing, reading, watching movies, and spending quality time with her family.

VA Supervisor
Ali is a dedicated and detail-oriented individual who values continuous learning and personal growth. As a supervisor, she strives to support her team, stay accountable, and continue learning through new experiences. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her loved ones, watching movies and TV shows, and baking delicious treats.
Chris Eguilos
Virtual Assistant/Social Media Manager
As a Virtual Assistant, she supports day‑to‑day operations by organizing and managing key tasks, assisting with transaction coordination, and ensuring everything stays on track from contract to closing. As a Social Media Manager, she creates and shares engaging content for Realtors to strengthen our online presence, showcase our services, and connect with our target audience.
Aira De Jesus
Virtual Assistant
She is a Virtual Assistant and Auditor focused on accuracy, organization, and keeping tasks on track. In her auditing role, she reviews files to ensure important information—including dates, contact details, and compliance requirements—is complete and accurate. She also monitors properties to make sure necessary documents have been properly ordered and addressed. As a Virtual Assistant, she manages assigned tasks, prioritizes urgent files, and ensures deadlines and deliverables are met efficiently.

Outside of work, she is a homebody who enjoys reading books and watching movies. She also enjoys the occasional solo date or jog, and she looks forward to stepping outside her comfort zone, exploring new places, and experiencing more of the outdoors.

Virtual Assistant
John is the dedicated After-Hours VA support, ensuring late-hour tasks are completed so the morning shift can focus on new priorities without feeling rushed. He takes pride in keeping workflows moving smoothly and providing reliable support when the team needs it most. Outside of work, John enjoys collecting anime and toy figures, watching movies with coffee, and spending quality time with his family.

She is an Executive Assistant at Key to Close, where she leverages her background as a Corporate Travel Consultant to bring exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and client‑focused support to the team. With experience in business travel coordination, itinerary planning, and transaction management, she ensures smooth operations and helps keep projects on track from start to finish.​
